Job Responsibilities
- Develop regional sales plans, organize, and direct sales and marketing activities of Healthcare products and Services in alignment with business objectives.
- Support HOS/Line Manger with day-to-day operation.
- Prepare regional sales reports, quarterly and annual forecast.
- Plan Capital expenditure and manpower and provide inputs for Company's long- and short-term plans.
- Keep effective liaison with Govt. Health Organizations for due payment of bills.
- Analyse regional market trends, keep up to date with potential market risks, development activities and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
- Draw up necessary strategy to ensure planned growth of market share, monitor customer satisfaction and ensure future business potential by launching new products in the market.
- Identify hiring needs, select, and train new salespeople.
- Ensure product support and sales guidance to medical resellers and reseller management.
- Provide leadership, product, and administrative support to all the staffs of Healthcare Dept
- Provide Coaching, identify training needs and ensure skill development of all the direct reports.
- Ensure frequent field visit as and when required.
- Keep good and effective liaison with health ministry technical committee and donor agencies to participate in national and international project tenders.
- Ensure arrangement of providing operational, service and safety training to customer on medical products.
- Ensure strict observance of safety standards as per LINDE guidelines in the new as well as existing installations having MPD involvement.
- Plan and organize the stock and debt collection to keep the DSO under the planned figure.
- Any other job as and when assigned by the Supervisor/ Line Manager.

Educational Requirements
- Masters/ Graduation preferably in Marketing/ Engineering.
Experience Requirements
- 8-10 years relevant experience preferably in a large or multinational organization.

- Sales / Marketing skills with strong financial analytical approach
- Ability to work under stress and even with limited supervision.
- Strong communications skills (effective presentations at all levels, negotiation, conflict resolution)
- Positive mindset for extensive field visits even with short notice
- Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial drive
- Key analytical product marketing and sales tools
- Deep understanding of business-to-business product marketing
- Latest marketing and sales instruments knowledge.
