Purpose of the position
The purpose of this position is to ensure that all customer and medical installation projects are maintained and installed as per the standard best practices in Linde with safety and reliability as utmost priority and drive continuous improvement and cost optimization in site or installation maintenance, project execution, work processes and people capabilities to maximise business profits.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Champion Safety, provide visible leadership and create a zero-incident culture
- Ensure execution team, including contractors, operates in a manner that is safe for our employees, customers, contractors and public.
- Create a culture of openness, willingness to contribute, mutual learning, continuous improvement and innovation across functions to achieve competitive advantage in the market
- Empower the supervisory staff to take appropriate & immediate action in emergency situations
- Implement the preventive maintenance activities
- Ensure all predictive maintenance services & equipment are operational and activities are carried out
- Support in the development of scope of work for projects and supervise the execution of work
- Define the requirement of spares as needed
- Investigate any C&MES equipment related issues and determine pre-requisites to restart after an issue
- Perform contingency planning and execute in case of emergency
- Perform root cause analysis for all major issues and equipment failures
- Analyze and monitor performance based on the assigned targets and KPIs
- Assist in the implementation of best practice report related to repair costs & man hours
- Report completion of the Corrective actions from audits, Root Cause Analysis, Alerts & Directives in reporting platform.

What You Bring to us
Experience and Education
- Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
- Professional certification in safety/process operation/project management is preferable
- At least 1-2 years working experience in operations or engineering or project management
Additional
- IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organized and able to manage a broad portfolio of activities
- Strong communications skill - effective presentations at all levels & negotiation
- High quality personal governance and commitment to organizational values
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Risk Management experience and involvement in risk assessments and audits
