Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Supports multiple highly complex business processes by developing technical solutions to business problems for advancing company's sales efforts
  • Establishes and maintains liaison relationship with multiple business segments
  • Conducts data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements
  • Leads and provides direction for short and long-term planning sessions to ensure understanding of business goals and direction
  • Leads the assessment of client needs and operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for immediate business needs and recommends options
  • Leads development and communicates business requirements and functional specifications for the design and implementation of business solutions
  • Responsible for business case development and presentation
  • Monitors and analyzes performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction
  • Lead different Customer Experience activities throughout the organization

Your ideal qualifications:

  • Advance level of customer service, presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and under tight deadline
  • Strong communication skill both in Bangla and English
  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Engineering degree in any discipline. In addition to that an MBA/Finance/business qualification is mandatory
  • Minimum 3-5 years of functional level working experience in a similar role
