Your tasks and responsibilities
- Operate, monitor and control the process parameters of the plant and power generators for optimum productivity.
- Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignment/rotations, employee training, employee vacation, employee break, overtime assignment, and back-up for absent employees.
- Responsible for quality control, make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specification.
- Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
- Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of engine, manufacturing equipment, engine assembly lines and manufacturing processes, as well as providing cost reduction analysis.
- Ensure preventive and routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plant, generators, improvement/modification of plant equipment, spares monitoring as needed from time to time.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure a clean and safe work condition.
Your ideal qualifications:
- Sound health for working in Plant Environment
- B.Sc. engineer preferably in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical
- Freshers and women are specially encouraged to apply
- 1-2 years of experience in production is preferable but not mandatory
- Advance level of customer service and interpersonal skill
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Commitment to the training program and willing to work in rotational shifts
