Lepra Bangladesh is inviting Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Project End Evaluation of Project:  “Reaching the unreached: A participatory approach empowering women to prevent disability as a result of leprosy and lymphatic filariasis in rural Bangladesh” in Bogura, Natore, Pabna, Sirajgonj, Lalmonirhat, Kurigram and Dinajpur Districts implemented by lead partner Lepra Bangladesh and  implementing Partners RDRS & DLC.

The consultant will submit the following documents: a) Technical proposal as per ToR. B) Financial proposal: Details budget including consultation fees, tax, VAT, TA & DA as well as payment methods. C) The consultant must include CV.
