LAUGFS Gas Bangladesh is one of the largest LPG distributors in Bangladesh, importing and distributing over 40,000 MT of LPG every year. We are looking an individual with a passion to achieve excellence, to join the LAUGFS Gas Bangladesh team and fill the below positions as we strive towards global expansion.

Manager- Industrial & Commercial Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • The selected candidate will be required to prioritize coaching and performance management efforts to have the greatest overall impact on business results.
  • Achieve budgeted sales volume of Industrial, Commercial and Autogas Sales in every month.
  • Adopt measures to increase commercial & autogas sales through improved vendor relationships and other effective means.
  • Coordinates the involvement of sales support personnel, including customer support, service, and management resources, so that team performance objectives and customers’ expectations are met.
  • Collect technical requirements from different clients specially HoReCa industry for both cylinders and Bulk sales and arrange solution accordingly.
  • Understand local industries, customers and competitions in terms of industrial & autogas sales, create demand and meet the demand of the customers.
  • Manages and maintains existing Autogas key accounts through strategic planning and customer service.
  • Create effective reporting and feedback models for performance, activities and customer and competitor insights.
  • Work closely with the broader sales and marketing teams and other Autogas & industrial stakeholders to optimize business and customer outcomes.
    Monitor performance of commercial/industrial and Autogas sales force and make periodical review of their performance.
    Conduct extensive market research and visit all over Bangladesh to develop the current business scenario of commercial/industrial & Autogas sector of Laugfs.
  • Maintain close liaison with related govt. offices like Explosives, Energy & Mineral Resources department and other offices in order to develop the Auto gas & Industrial uses of LPG and remain updated about govt. plan/initiatives on this.
  • Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives and ensuring all market & company requirements are fulfilled.

Job Requirements:

  • B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical/Chemical. Having MBA (major in marketing) from a reputed institute will be an added advantage.
  • 8 + years experience in the similar job.
  • Excellent Communication skill and Industrial selling exposure.
