Laser Chain Skin Centre is looking for OT Assistant/Nurse
Job Context
- Supervision of Clinical Service with doctors in Laser and Skin Centre
- Maintain cleanliness / hygiene, Disinfect, Autoclave
- Ensure OT Materials are in stock
- Medical counseling with Patients
- Develop nursing service standard
Job Description / Responsibility
- To effectively interface with patients/ attendants/ physicians/ other service users and deliver quality nursing care with compassion and a high level of responsiveness
- Ensure on time attendance at work stations along with others
- Arrange for smoothly running of each service section
- Maintain duty roster of all nurses
- Oversee total activities of services
- Follow policies and procedures accordingly
- Ensure to preserve records of patients' files, cases and procedures.
- Make available of all necessary usable medicine, tools and materials in each OT
- Self training also train new team members
- Handle departmental complaints or problems relating to nurse with confidence
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients
- Ensure safe & excellent delivery of patient care
- Ensure nursing operational standards are met
- Handle complaints or other issues occurred any time
- Any other task assigned by the management from time to time
Educational Requirements
- Relevant Technical Degree or
- MPH or Diploma or Other / Similar area with experiences
- 1 - 2 year(s) or more
- Experience in Laser and Skin will be preferred.
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
