We`re seeking an executive to lead our Project, Structured and Sustainability Finance Department. Reporting to the Division Head, you`ll drive strategy and growth across our Structured Finance and Structured Products portfolios. You`ll lead a high-performing team, develop innovative financial solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance in Bangladesh`s evolving market. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, technical expertise, and strong leadership to expand our structured finance business.

• Provide strategic leadership in formulating and executing business strategies for Project, Structured, and Sustainability Finance, with a focus on structured finance.
• Identify new market opportunities, drive product innovation, and support business expansion across priority sectors including infrastructure, energy and sustainable finance.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team comprising Relationship Managers (RM), Assistant Relationship Managers (ARM), and Financial Analysts.
• Oversee the structuring, execution and issuance of structured financial solutions in line with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain robust risk management frameworks covering credit, market, operational, and liquidity risks, ensuring full compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations and internal policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to key corporate clients by delivering customized project, structured, and sustainable finance solutions.
• Manage and grow the existing departmental portfolio while actively pursuing and acquiring new corporate clients.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of all internal reports and regulatory disclosures.
• Maintain effective coordination and strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including CRM, Operations, Treasury, and other relevant departments.

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Banks/ NBFls, including at least 08 years in a senior leadership role within Structured Finance.
• Minimum graduation from a reputed public or private university, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics, CFA qualification will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong technical expertise in structured finance instruments and complex financial products.
• Proven leadership capability with the ability to lead, motivate and manage high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated decision-making, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Exposure to ESG and sustainable finance frameworks in emerging markets will be an added advantage. 
• Strong strategic thinking, communication skills, and ethical standards, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
