Position: Manager - Administration & HR

Lakdhanavi Ltd., a subsidiary company of LTL Holdings, Sri Lanka is a leading engineering conglomerate in South Asia and Africa, specializing in offering products and services in Engineering, Procurements & Construction (EPC) and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of power plants in countries such as Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, and Singapore.

The Company seeks a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Professional to supervise and manage the administrative and human resources functions of three (03) power plants and a corporate office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
  • Maintaining and revising the company's administrative and policies and procedures.
  • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
  • Maintaining department records and reports.
  • Training and development.
  • Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures.

Employment Status: Full Time

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration
  • Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management from a recognized University
  • MBA or PGD in HRM with English medium is preferable.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 6 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    • Administration, Human Resource Management

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 30 to 35 years
  • 6 years' experience in general administration and human resources. A very good knowledge in Bangladesh labor laws, administrative processes are prerequisites
  • Excellent in speaking and writing skills in Bengali and English.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office, e-mails and competency in business communication.
  • Own initiatives & problem-solving skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines as well as be able to manage own time effectively.
