Role: Manager- HR Operation

This position shall be based in Head Office, Dhaka and will report to Human Resources Director.

Responsibilities

  • Develop C&B Policy for the organization. Guide the Company to develop & implement efficient C&B Policy which will meet the needs of the Company, as well as shall be market competitive and keep the employees motivated.
  • Manage Payroll and company-wide annual salary review process.
  • Compensation survey and keep track of the market movement to ensure a competitive total reward system.
  • Develop data pool of potential candidates in the job market. Develop total manpower plan of the organization. Develop quarterly recruitment plan of the Company.   
  • Efficient & timely recruitment process even without help of head hunting firms.
  • Prepare HR Operational and Salary Budget for all the sites.
  • Monitoring & Review of HR Budget – Quarterly
  • Lead and supervise all HR Operations related activities and performed on timely manner.
  • All kinds of monthly and quarterly HR Reporting
  • Update and regular maintenance of HRIS
  • Ensure smooth Insurance services for all the employees

Education & Work Experience: 

  • MBA/Masters in Human Resources or any other discipline. For candidates from “other discipline” Post Graduate Diploma in HR/PM will be added features.
  • 7 to 8 years experience in HR function in a reputed organization

  • Business knowledge 
  • Competency gap analysis and subsequent development
  • Knowledge on C&B strategy and Tax
  • Effective hiring skills (start to end process)
  • Extensive knowledge on HRIS and HR systems
  • Experience, knowledge, training on Hay evaluation system
  • Knowledge on labor law
