Job Responsibilities

  • Managing day to day office accounts.
  • Providing needful support to all accounts activities.
  • Up to date cash book, bank book, general ledger book, debit/credit/journal voucher & others correspondence files.
  • Update every transaction into Excel & Tally Soft.
  • Maintain petty cash and verify the bill voucher of petty cash expenses.
  • Maintain bank transaction and obtain bank statement on due time as per need of financial work.
  • Formulate the Financial Strategy time to time.
  • Prepare and deliver various analytical reports as required by the management.
  • Monitor import/ export, L/C finance.
  • Prepare budget guideline and consolidate annual budget at Group level to ensure short term and long term objectives of the Group is met.
  • Investment proposal and business case preparation and due diligence.
  • Monitor the Receivable & Payable status of relevant entities time to time.
  • Ensure appropriate accounting posting as posted by each accounting team.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding all financial matter of the Group.
  • Prepare Financial Statements in accordance with standard procedure.
  • Prepare and deliver various analytical reports as required by the management.
  • Prepare monthly/half yearly/ yearly financial report.
  • Ensure office accounts are doing smoothly.
  • Any other task assigned by authority.

Educational Requirements

  • MBA / BBA in Major in Finance Accounts
  • Skills Required: Accounting Soft ware Tally.

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
