Position: COO, Labaid Properties and Doctors’ Club

Responsibilities:

• Quality Sale of approx. 200 residence of properties (both commercial and residential) within 4 quarters;
• Leading the real estate sales & marketing operations;
• Brand building among wider population consistence with the good reputation it enjoys among clientele;
• Set strategic plans, budgets, and targets; and ensure achievement of the targets;
• Coach and develop next level of leaders.

Requirements:

• Min. 15 years’ experience with reputed real estate companies;
• Proven & successful track record in real estate sales;
• An extraordinary performer and a proven leader;
• Min. Bachelor degree holder;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali;
• Hands-on user of office IT tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet etc.).

Age: should be below 50 years.
