The preeminent real estate company that successfully handed over more than 450 residential flats in prime locations of Dhaka is looking to fill following full-time position(s):

Position: GM / Sr. Manager Sales, Labaid Properties

Responsibilities:  

  • Immediate Sale of approx. Tk 100 Crore worth of ready properties (both commercial and residential).
  • Leading the Sales operations for existing and upcoming projects.
  • Marketing and Brand building through traditional and modern (digital etc.) channels with visible outcome.
  • Under the leadership of Management, set strategic plans, budgets, and operational plans in motion for upcoming mega projects.
  • Ensure achievement of the sales/revenue targets for Self and the Team.

Qualifications & Skills Required:    

  • Min. 12-15 years’ relevant experience with reputed real-estate companies.
  • Proven & successful track record in real estate sales.
  • Min. Bachelor degree holder.
  • Well conversant in English and Bengali languages.
  • Proficient with digital marketing tools and office IT packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Age should be below 50 years.
