Position: Deputy/ Assistant Manager - Branding
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission.
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
- Organizing product launches and promotional events.
- Maintaining contract with vendors and distributors to get critical input on how product design and implementation can be improved.
- Research and determine product weakness and areas to be modified.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience managing a brand across multiple markets.
- Creative thinker and problem solver.
- Strong communication skills.
- Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques.
- Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends.
Age: Maximum 40 years
