Position: Civil Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• To determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements.
  
• To maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.
  
• Ample experience to prepare BOQ & Estimate.
  
• Sound Knowledge of construction and finishing materials.
  
• Preparation of expenditure statements and other necessary documents at regular intervals during the construction works.
  
• To keep liaison with head quarter, consultants, purchasing entity to execute the project smoothly.
  
• Analyze the expenditure on construction materials to track the actual costs of project.
  
• Perform any other tasks assigned by Top Management.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

• • B.Sc in Civil Engineering from BUET/ KUET/ CUET/ RUET/DUET with 8-10 years of experience in Real Estate sector.
• IEB Fellowship shall have preference.
• Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point), Auto CAD.

Age : Not above the age of 35 years
