To reach our destination we are looking for the person with right attributes for the following senior position.     

Position : AGM/Senior Manager, Finance & Accounts - Labaid Pharmaceuticals Limited

Educational & other requirements:

  • Masters / MBA in Accounting/Finance from a reputed University/Institute.
  • Total 15 years of experience, minimum 8-10 years’ experience with reputed pharmaceutical companies is MUST.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.  
  • Computer literacy and online communication ability.
  • Very good analytical ability.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall accounting, finance, and revenue related matters of the company.
  • Analyzes financial statements and prepares reports and recommendations to Top Management concerning financial performance.
  • Overall responsibilities of management reporting covering all financial aspects.
  • Understand financial laws, tax implications, regulatory mechanisms around investments and advise management for necessary action to save cost & maximize gain.
  • Provide necessary finance data/information to the Management as needed.
  • Responsible for developing the Financial Audit Report in annual basis.
  • Ensure internal Accounting, Auditing & Reporting Standards of the company.
  • Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
  • Preparing Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting.
  • Team management including monitoring, developing, directing and building an effective team dynamic.  
  • Other duties as assigned by the higher authority.

Age should be below 45 years
