Position: “Medical Director, Labaid Hospital, Dhanmondi”

Job Description:

• Responsible to build and maintain cordial yet workable relationship with physician’s arid other care givers of the hospital being mindful that physicians bring revenues to the hospital by admitting patients, performing procedures or surgeries.
• Responsible to ensure that physicians and care givers deliver services to the patients as per set guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Responsible for day-to-day operational activities of the hospital.
• Shall work with individual department heads to streamline services, develop new services, reduce cost and ensure that staff working under departmental heads are efficient, proactive and motivated.
• Shall impact on hospital culture through day-to-day activities and leadership traits exemplified by setting examples.
• Shall endeavour to understand technical issues such as management information system and clinical care techniques to make effective decisions.
• Shall respond quickly and resolve amicably complaints, disputes or grievances of patients or their loved ones resulting out of alleged non­ receipt of quality care or negligence on the part of treating physicians or surgeons or any other care givers of the hospitals.

Job location           - Dhaka

Job nature              - Full time

Education               - MBBS with Post Graduation.

Experience             - 10 - 15 years’ experience in the relevant field.

Salary                     - Negotiable.

Other benefit          - As per corporate policy.
