Labaid Group, the largest healthcare brand in Bangladesh, looking for experienced, qualified leader(s) for immediate appointment:
Position: General Manager, Call Center Operations, Labaid Hospitals & Diagnostics
Job Responsibilities:
- Build, train and develop a strong Call Center team (both in- & out- bound);
- Implement “Single Hotline (10606)” strategy by analyzing and upgrading call center technology & processes for optimum result;
- Design outbound campaigns and up-sell/cross-sell of services with the aim of acquiring/retaining customers - achieve conversion/ ROI targets;
- Regular auditing to ensure smooth & personalized customer experience;
- Analyze call center data and prepare reports for Labaid management;
- Develop monthly, quarterly and annual call center goals and action plans.
Qualifications (Minimum level):
- Minimum 10 years of Contact Center experience (min. 05 years in leadership role) with large Call Center, BPO, Telecom or Service companies;
- Project experience with clear understanding about Call Center technologies expected;
- Bachelor degree with MBA from a reputed institution;
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both English and Bengali;
- Strong leadership and analytical skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
