Position: Senior Manager, HR - Labaid Hospital & Diagnostics
- Oversee day-to-day HR Operations (maintaining employee register, payroll management, recruitment & selection etc.)
- Formulation and implementation of HR policies
- Handle all the statutory and legal compliances
- Develop Job Descriptions for all unique roles of the organization
- Oversee the design and development of uniform Job Bands across the organization
- Establish fair, transparent and effective performance appraisal management
- Formulate policies on employee retention and engagement strategies so as to reduce attrition
- Implement a performance-based culture by introducing HR analytics to measure employee/ department wise productivity and drawing actionable insights
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit programs (including increment policy, practice of variable pay, PF etc.)
- Implement modern HRIS for the organization
Qualifications:
- Must be MBA (HR) / Master of HRM / Master of Social Science with Diploma in HRM from a reputed University / Institute
- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- Preference will be given to those working in HR of a multi-national company
- Must be a technology savvy person with hands-on knowledge in standard HRIS
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills
Age should be below 40 years
