Labaid is a leading brand in healthcare sector of Bangladesh. We are inviting applications for eligible candidate for the following position:

Position: Senior Manager, HR - Labaid Hospital & Diagnostics

  • Oversee day-to-day HR Operations (maintaining employee register, payroll management, recruitment & selection etc.)
  • Formulation and implementation of HR policies
  • Handle all the statutory and legal compliances
  • Develop Job Descriptions for all unique roles of the organization
  • Oversee the design and development of uniform Job Bands across the organization
  • Establish fair, transparent and effective performance appraisal management
  • Formulate policies on employee retention and engagement strategies so as to reduce attrition
  • Implement a performance-based culture by introducing HR analytics to measure employee/ department wise productivity and drawing actionable insights
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit programs (including increment policy, practice of variable pay, PF etc.)
  • Implement modern HRIS for the organization

 Qualifications:

  • Must be MBA (HR) / Master of HRM / Master of Social Science with Diploma in HRM from a reputed University / Institute
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Preference will be given to those working in HR of a multi-national company
  • Must be a technology savvy person with hands-on knowledge in standard HRIS
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills

Age should be below 40 years
