Position: General Manager, Security- Labaid Group

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design & implement policies of corporate security (including - internal investigations, workplace violence, contract guard force, crisis management etc.);
• Ongoing review of existing security, and initiate new programs at all facilities nationwide;
• Lead the Crisis Management and Disaster Management initiatives; 
• Provide leadership to support service staff through recruitment and supervision;
• Orient and train the personnel on a routine and regular basis;
• Maintain organization's stability and reputation by ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance;
• Keep constant contact and liaison with the Local Authorities, Govt/Semi-Govt Organizations to ensure compliance, and to create advocacy on behalf of the organization;
• Supervise all activities related to safeguarding, maintenance and management of assets;
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Top Management.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor degree from a reputed University/Institute;
• 15 years of relevant experience with a large reputed organization; 
• Retired Mid-level Official from BD Armed Forces or BD Police will be given preference;
• Strong and proven leadership, administrative and negotiation skills;  
• Self-motivated, dynamic and capable to work under pressure;
• Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali;
• Able to use MS Office suit (MS Word, MS Excel) and email.
