Position: Senior Sales Manager, Food & Beverage

Job Responsibilities :

• Identifies qualifies and solicits new catering businesses to achieve personal and restaurant revenue goals;
• Manages the sales efforts for the restaurant related to the local social catering business;
• Maximize revenue by up-selling packages and creative food and beverage offerings for customer;
• Identifies and implements process improvements and best practices;
• Closes the best opportunities for the restaurant based on market conditions and restaurant needs;
• Designs develop and sell creative catered events;
• Executes Sales strategies and business processes;
• Executes and supports customer service standards and restaurant brand standards;
• Works with the management team to create and implement a catering sales plan addressing revenue, customers, and market;
• Any other responsibilities given by the Management.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

• BBA/MBA in Marketing from a reputed University/ Institute; 
• Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in Food - Manufacturing, Processing or Engineering industry with one of the market leading companies (Pran, Akij, Square or similar).
• Must be result-oriented, having proven technical and leadership capabilities with excellent communication skill.     
• Computer literacy and online communication ability;

 
Age: should be below 40 years
