Position: Cost Controller (Construction) - Labaid Hospital

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluating project and conducting project cost/ benefit analysis
• Planning, directing, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring, controlling & reporting different projects.
• Verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Providing planning and cost controlling support for all projects.
• Monitoring the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.
• Coordinating and working with the project management team to resolve project issues
• Surveying the quality for materials & bills.
• Supervising the work process.
• Verifying the cost with market prices.
• Negotiating prices with vendors minimize the costs.

Experience Required:

• 03 years of experience in the construction field as a Cost Controller

Education and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accountancy. Masters will be an added advantage.
