Position: Human Capital Development & Performance Management Systems - Labaid Limited Diagnostics

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers and implement the training calendar.
  • Design and update competency framework in coordination with strategic direction and functional objectives
  • Design Performance Management System based on leading practices with the aim to provide a fair and transparent performance management system across the functions.
  • Develop and update the annual appraisal process and guidelines and manage the appraisal process across functions
  • Contribute to the automation of the Performance Management System in collaboration with HRIS Team
  • Collect and analyze performance appraisal results across functions and branches
  • Formulate HR Policy Framework

Educational Requirements :

  • PGD in HRM
  • BBA or Masters/MBA in a reputed University/Institute;

Experience Requirements

  • 8 to 10 year(s) of experience preferably in healthcare industry in HR Policy, Performance Management System Implementation and Review, T&D, Succession Planning and Talent Management

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 35 years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of training processes.
  • Ability to manage large groups.
  • Well organized
  • HRIS related documentation handling & Analytical skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
