Position: Management Trainee - Labaid Limited (Diagnostics)

The idle candidate should have following requirement:

• 4 years Diploma/BSC/MSC in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy with relevant subject in a reputed University/Institute;

Job Description:

• Learn various staff functions, including operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices affecting each phase of business.
• Meet performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by upper management and determined upon accepting the position.
• Report on the laboratory progress of goals and objectives.
• Learn and monitor performance progress in Laboratory management.
• Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
• Functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments.
• Provide support as needed in the various departments, including reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, customer service as needed.

Compensation & Other Benefits: Monthly honorarium BDT 5000/- during internship period. After confirmation, salary will be fixed between BDT 15000 to BDT 25,000/- dependency upon performance.
