Position: Training Manager - Labaid Limited Diagnostic

Educational / Experience Requirements: 

  • BBA or Masters/MBA in a reputed University/Institute;
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience, & healthcare industry will be preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of training processes.
  • Ability to moderate large groups.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Job Description:

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
  • Ensure logistical support according to the planned inhouse training programs and collaborates with vendors and third-party training providers.
  • Develop Monthly and Yearly Functional Training Calendars.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report to Management team.
  • Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
  • Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
