Position: Training Manager - Labaid Limited Diagnostic
Educational / Experience Requirements:
- BBA or Masters/MBA in a reputed University/Institute;
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience, & healthcare industry will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough understanding of training processes.
- Ability to moderate large groups.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Job Description:
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
- Ensure logistical support according to the planned inhouse training programs and collaborates with vendors and third-party training providers.
- Develop Monthly and Yearly Functional Training Calendars.
- Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report to Management team.
- Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
- Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
