Position: Senior Manager/Manager, Marketing - Labaid Innovations

Responsibilities:

  • To create new business of manufacturing reagent’s locally at Bangladesh;
  • To do tie-ups with multinational companies for OEM based refill and pack reagents;
  • To create business plan and also to create team to manufacture these diagnostics reagent locally;
  • Establishing marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services;
  • Developing and recommending pricing strategy for the organization which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run;
  • Plans for the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets;
  • Public relation activities, health awareness talks, Seminar, Workshop & CMEs;
  • Sales program to generate new referrals;
  • Evaluating market reactions to major marketing activities and ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions;
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by Top Management.

Educational / Experience Requirements: 

  • Masters in Pharmacy from a reputed University/Institute, Preferably with science up to HSC level;
  • Understanding of reagent manufacturing and OEM business model
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a reputed Hospital/Diagnostic/Pharmaceuticals/ IVD Medical device/reagent manufacturing companies in PMD or Marketing department.    
  • Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali (verbal and written);
  • Computer literacy and online communication ability;

Age should be below 45 years
