Position: Head of Sales & Marketing, Labaid Hospital, Dhanmondi

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies;
• Chase target and achieve a consistent growth; 
• Continuously revisit, pricing and support strategies;
• Conduct marketing using latest tools, technique & media;  
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements;
• Engage with key stakeholders including doctors & others and promote different products and services;
• Organize public relation activities, health awareness talks, Seminar, Workshop & CMEs.
• Ensure highest patient satisfaction. 

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

• Masters/Post-graduation from a reputed University/ Institute in Marketing or related discipline.    
• Practical work experience in relevant field preferably in hospital, diagnostic or pharmaceuticals industry.
• Must be result-oriented, having proven technical and leadership capabilities with excellent communication skill.     
• The ideal candidate should have 10 (ten) years of practical and relevant experience.     

Age should be below 50 years
