Position: Manager/Assistant Manager, Food Processing & Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible to handle all activities related to production, processing & manufacturing of food items on an industrial scale.
  
• Conduct production planning and budgeting in coordination with Management.
  
• Supervise all day-to-day operations related to Food production.
  
• Maintain proper “target ratio” and ensure quality production.
  
• Maintain optimum stock of all raw materials, chemicals, packaging materials etc.
  
• Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine, and materials.
  
• Prepare and submit necessary reports to Management.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum Bachelor degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Minimum Diploma in Food, Food Engineering, Food Processing or related discipline.
  
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Food - Manufacturing, Processing or Engineering industry with one of the market leading companies (Pran, Akij, Square or similar).
  
• Must have strong communication, leadership and analytical skills.
  
• Functional proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) in both English and Bengali.

Age: Below 45 years
