Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients.
• Provide high-quality patient care in Patient Ward/ Obs. & Gynae /Pre & Post Operative/ HDU / ICU/ OT/ Emergency.
• Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
• Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
• Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following hospital and nursing division's philosophies and standards of care set by the state board of nursing, state nurse practice act and other governing agency regulations.
• Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, calling for assistance from health care support personnel.
• Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and protects operations by keeping information private.

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc./ Diploma in Nursing from a public or any reputed institute.

• Staff Nurse must be licensed as a Registered Nurse.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 02 years for OT/ ICU/ Delivery in relevant area;
• At least 01 years for Staff Nurse Position;

Additional Job Requirements:

• Age 20 to 35 years (Age limit may be relaxed for experienced candidates).
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• Candidates having experience in reputed hospitals will get preference.
• Should be proficient in using HIS.
• Should have a good command Bangla, English Preferred.
• Should be enthusiastic, proactive, dedicated, punctual, and hard-working.
• Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A valid nursing license is a must.
• Demonstrate brilliant empathy.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Computer literacy is a must.
