Labaid Group, the largest healthcare brand in Bangladesh, looking for experienced, qualified leader(s) for immediate appointment at Labaid Specialized Hospital Chattogram.

Position: HEAD OF NURSING

Core Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of nursing operations of the Hospital ensuring optimum level of staff availability round the clock;
• Support in recruitment and retention of nursing staff;
• Budgeting and Management of OT/Ward materials & resources (stores, crash carts, linen etc.);
• Ensure patient-centric, safe, and compassionate care in all departments of the Hospital;
• Conducting regular hospital rounds and work in close collaboration with other clinical and support departments;
• Ensure the highest standard of Nursing through continuous coaching, training & development of team members;
• Implement Quality Control processes and Infection control in OTs and Hospital wards;
• Any other responsibilities given by the Management.

Educational / Experience Requirements: 

• B.Sc. in Nursing & Midwifery. Must have active registration with BNMC;
• Min. 12 to 15 years’ experience in reputed Hospital (as Head Nurse, Nursing Superintendent, Nursing Supervisor etc.);
• Excellent Leadership, Team bonding, and Communication skills;
• Computer literacy and online communication ability.

Age below 48 years
