Labaid Group, the largest healthcare brand in Bangladesh, looking for experienced, qualified leader(s) for immediate appointment at Labaid Specialized Hospital Chattogram.

Position: GENERAL MANAGER- MARKETING

Core Responsibilities:

• Establishing marketing goals to achieve market-share and profitability goals for the Hospital;
• Actively participate in the pricing of products and services of the Hospital;
• Plan & Implement all Promotional & Communication activities, including development of communication materials, literatures, promo materials etc;
• Conduct Public Relation activities, health awareness talks, Seminar, Workshop & CMEs.
• Run Sales Programs & Campaigns to generate new referrals;
• Plans to sustain and increase patient referral from Info Centers;
• Recruitment, Development and Training of Sales & Marketing team;
• Continuous market monitoring and updating of marketing strategy and plans for optimum result;
• Perform any other tasks assigned by Top Management.

Educational / Experience Requirements: 

• Masters/MBA in Marketing from a reputed University/Institute, preferably with science background up to HSC level;
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with reputed Hospital / Diagnostic center or pharmaceuticals company [Work exposure to Chattogram Division preferable];
• Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali (verbal and written);
• Computer literacy and online communication ability.

Age should be below 45 years
