Position: Sr. Manager, Gift Item Retail Operations, Labaid Group

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the distribution / retail operations of branded consumer products.
• Plan & setup dedicated product shelves in own shops and in diff. super shops.
• Develop and lead a high-growth team.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Supervise all operations including demand forecast & inventory management.
• Plan and achieve short & long-term sales, growth and profitability targets.
• Ensure proper branding & loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Qualifications (Minimum level):

• Bachelor in Business / Commerce / Marketing or similar disciplines.
• 8 to 10 years of experience with a renowned super shop chain (Shwapno, Agora, Meena Bazar etc.) in Operations or SCM.
• Exposure to e-commerce business will be given preference.
• Hands-on experience in MS Office packages, POS and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Age: Below 45 years

Job Location: Dhaka (with frequent travel to sites across Bangladesh)
