Position: National Sales Manager (NSM)- B2B: Labaid Limited (Diagnostic)

Job Responsibilities:

• Someone with good connects in the hospitals, Consultants etc.;
• Envisage and design different sales channels for maximizing market penetration;
• Devise strategies to achieve the goals;
• Strong strategic thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to innovate and identify business opportunities;
• Create, maintain and improve systems so that the revenues are not lost;
• Find opportunities of new business prospects and communicate it to the management so that there are enough inventories to sell at any given time Develop and implement effective sales strategies;
• Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets;
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned corporate accounts;
• Negotiate and close agreements with customers;
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements;
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities;
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs;

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related clinical field from any recognized university;
• Functional understanding of Laboratory workflow and process;
• Experience working in complex sales environments with demonstrated success;
• Successful negotiation, strategic planning and organizational skills;
• Entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, and a desire to conquer complex sales processes;
• Must have strong communication, leadership and analytical skills.
• Functional proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) in both English and Bengali.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience as National Sales Manager of any reputed hospital / diagnostic / Pharmaceuticals company.
