Position: Manager/Deputy Manager in the following departments of Labaid Group:

2. Costing & Budgeting
3. Taxation & Company Affairs

Educational & other requirements:

• Masters / MBA in Accounting/Finance from a reputed University/ Institute with ITP certification
  
• Professional certification (CA/ICMA) will be given preference
  
• Minimum 5-7 years’ relevant working experience is a must
  
• High level of language proficiency (English and Bangla–both verbal and written)
  
• Computer Literacy: Knowledge in advance excel is essential with other office program (Word/Power Point)
  
• Age should be below 45 years

Major Job Requirements:

Finance & Accounts

• Maintain books & records and prepare financial statements in compliance to the accounting standards, rules and regulations;
  
• Bank reconciliations and cash flow management;
  
• Revenue and accounts receivable management
  
• Expenditure and accounts payable management
  
• Fixed asset and inventories accounting

Costing & Budgeting

• Planning and budgeting
  
• Costing of products and services
  
• Pricing & profitability analysis
  
• Strategic decision making

Taxation & Company Affairs

• Corporate and individual tax planning, preparations for tax filings
  
• Preparation of annual/ periodic Income Tax Returns and VAT Returns for all business units
  
• Ensure submission of the returns in due time along with the required documents
  
• TDS and VDS compliance and different periodic return filing
  
• Attend hearing before the DCT and various appellate forums
  Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within the time frame
  
• Filing all required returns with RJSC in a timely & efficient manner
  
• Prepare and maintain share transfer and share allotment of the Group
  
• Prepare legal documents such as Memorandum and Articles of Association, Trust deed and rules and regulations and lease agreement, etc.
