Position: Manager, Patient Relationship Management 

Job Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university [Science graduate or HSC in science group will be an advantage]
• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in
  • Customer care, corporate care, or customer relationship management roles [in banks, mobile companies or multinational service companies]
  • Demonstrated progressive career
• Healthcare experience will be an added advantage
• Should have very good communication skills [both verbal and written in English and Bengali]
• Service minded and pleasant personality
• Sound knowledge and skill in IT systems
• Age should be below 38 years.
