Position: General Manager, Operations, Labaid Cancer Hospital

Minimum Requirements:

• Masters from any reputed university (highly experienced but graduate candidates will be considered)
• Must have minimum,
  • 10 years of relevant, healthcare experience. Out of that -
  • At least, 5 years of experience in a leadership position (like, CEO, COO, Head of Operations, GM Operations etc.) of a 100 + bed tertiary care hospital
• Sound knowledge in hospital, diagnostics and pharma industries
• Proven leadership skills with ability to lead a team toward a Vision
• Very good communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Bengali)
• High level of negotiation and persuasion skills
• Prior experience of working in HIS
• Sound knowledge and skill in IT system.
• Age should be below 45 years.
