Position: Area Manager-Pharmacy - Labaid Limited Diagnostics

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure knowledge in Pharmacy Sales.
• Ability to supervise and develop a sales team in a regular basis to ensure the monthly sales achievement.
  
• Ensure and establish professionalism, productivity, performance and efficiency of all pharmacy staffs.
• Attend assessment and analysis of staff training.
  
• Maintain depth observation of doctor's prescription habit.
  
• Maintain activities to increase pharmacy sales.
• Know the rules of DGDA and Pharmacy Council.
  
• Ensure knowledge on ordering and purchasing pharmaceutical suppliers, medical suppliers or drugs with a fair knowledge.
• Attend to sales administration related work within the given territory.
• Any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

• Graduation from any subject in Science Background.

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 4 year(s)

           
Additional Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical products.
• Ability to manage large groups.
• Well organized

Job Location

• Dhaka, Savar, Mymensingh, CTG, Narayanganj and other areas of Dhaka.
