Job Context:

We are looking to hire an organized person with exceptional administrative skills and must be an exceptional communicator with a keen interest in providing reliable and accurate support to the Managing Director while working with confidential information. The person should possess incredible problem-solving and office coordination skills and exhibit excellent time management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare speech, dialogue, and presentation for MD's as per requirement.
  • Maintain appointments, update e-calendar regularly, check attendance and arrange meetings, conferences, workshops in collaboration with others (internal and external) as per MD's plan.
  • Arranging visits, logistics, international travels, visas and accommodation according to MD's plan.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements; handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
  • Perform Duties assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements:

  • BBA/MBA or Graduation in any business discipline from any recognized university.
  • Preferable University: IBA (DU), NSU, BRAC, AIUB, EWU, IUB.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years in relevant field.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 Years -professional experience as a Relationship Manager or equivalent field in any Private Bank /PR firm /MNC.
  • Must have excellent presentation skills and good personality.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command in MS Excel & and MS Word.
  • Ability to remain objective and professional in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work in fast paced work environment both independently and in a group.

Job Location: Green Road, Dhanmondi, Dhaka.


  • Tk. 60,000 – 100,000 per month (Depending on previous experience).
