Job Context:

We are looking for a dynamic person having a solid understanding of talent acquisition and management, KPI-based PMS, OD, payroll and benefits administration. The person is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. He/she must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize to a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist to plan, develop and implement HR strategies, HR policies, initiatives, code of conduct of the hospital aligning with the overall business strategy.
  • Implement various employee engagement initiatives to increase employee retention.
  • Assist in ensuring KPI setting for all positions based on department objectives,
  • Ensure on-time completion of KPI-based performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure on-time recruitment according to manpower planning and prepare job descriptions for individual positions.
  • Ensure employee relation issues are properly addressed, especially grievances and disciplinary procedures as per Bangladesh Labor Law.
  • Look after the process of the monthly HR payroll documentation, ensuring on-time disbursement of salary, allowances, incentives, bonus as per company policy.
  • Perform HR Data analysis and on-time reporting to the Management by using statistical data analysis techniques.
  • Assist in handling other HR operations related issues.

Educational Requirements:

  • MBA in HRM from any reputed university.
  • MPHRM/ PGD in HRM will be given preference.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    • Talent Acquisition and Management, HR Operations, Organization Development, Payroll, KPI-based PMS.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 to 5 years in relevant field.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Age 28 to 35 years.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
