Manager, Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise team effectively to minimize downtime of machines in production department.
• Co-ordinate with all department heads and all dedicated teams for facing different regulatory audits.
• Direct and control day to day operations of Engineering department.
• Examine maintenance record and repair work performed
• Prepare Engineering design, drawing, planning, estimation, sourcing, cost analysis of all Engineering projects.
• Monitor repair, installation and commissioning of machineries and equipment.
• Supervise Engineering department related instrument calibration and validation works.
• Supervise qualification works of HVAC system and plant machineries and equipment.

Educational Requirement:

• Masters in Engineering (Mechanical/EEE)

Experience Requirements:

• 8-10 years (Minimum 5 years in managerial position)

Other Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Verbal and written) are required
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• A high level of computer literacy (Office Suite) and presentation skills
• Ability to interact well with all stakeholders and work independently on assigned tasks
• The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
