Job Description / Responsibility

• Work closely with all departments, seeking problem, take initiative to solve through discussed with higher management.
• Control & monitor the administrative affairs like attendance, overtime, casual labor or employee, hygiene’s security guard management, suspectional checking, cc camera, any delopment work monitoring, seeking quotation, preparation work order, Transportation, Vehicle Management, Fuel Consumption.
• Purchase control & rate monitoring issue.
• Check and monitor the procedure of Waste dispose.
• Liaison with local government offices, law & enforcement authorities, local community etc.
• Check & sign the Bills/Vouchers for different expenses.
• Requisition to head office regarding all sorts of logistics supports.
• Organizing of various occasions as required.

Educational Requirements
Masters / MBA from reputed University.

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Office Management, HRM, Administration, Inventory/Store Management, Transport Management.

• Logical thinking & decision making capabilities.
• Able to deliver demanding business objectives and goals.
• Excellent communications skills both in written and speaking in English.
• Familiar in use MS-Office.
