Job Context:
- The Head of Supply Chain of our restaurant chain will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in supply chain management, vendor relationships, and financial oversight to optimize costs and enhance overall operational efficiency. A key expectation from this position will be to provide management with a feasible pathway for the country-wide expansion of the brand successfully.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
- Achieving optimum production value through maintaining company standards.
- Overseeing inventory levels to meet demand as well as implementing inventory control measures to maintain optimum stock levels, both in terms of numerical value & cost-effectiveness.
- Developing and implementing efficient logistics and distribution strategies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Collaborating with logistics partners to streamline transportation & distribution processes, while keeping per unit transportation cost to a minimum to ensure above-standard profitability
- Ensuring the quality and safety of products throughout the supply chain.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain, from procurement to distribution as well as implementing best practices and technologies to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborating with other department heads, including operations and finance, to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with overall business strategy.
- Monitoring and analyzing budget performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Providing financial insights to the executive team to support strategic decision-making.
- Reporting on operational performance, targets & achievement and suggesting improvements in business review meetings with management.

Educational Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline, in Supply Chain Management / a related field.
- PGD / Professional Certification in Supply Chain Management is a must.
- Professional Certification: Supply Chain Management
- Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, Reporting and Documentation, Data analysis and presentation, Good Ms office and Emailing skill
