Requirements:

  • Academic Qualification: Master’s degree in accounting/finance/Other Relevant Disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of experience in running finance department independently of a mid-sized company.
  • CA (CC) preferably party qualified CA or party qualified CMA
  • Proficient in MS office, tech savvy

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out financial aspects of the planning, purchasing, and monitoring processes.
  • Designing of adequate accounting system, and preparation and analysis of periodic Financial Statements.
  • Work with other department heads such as operation, legal, customer service, human resources, supply chain to ensure  objective driven business operations.
  • Compliance with VAT & Tax law and Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Preparation of short, mid and long term business plans and analyze the gap with actual performance
  • Identifying business risks and recommending mitigation plan,
  • development of sufficient internal control system and implementation thereof.
