Hajj & Umrah Sales/Marketing Executive (Male)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our Hajj and Umrah services.
- Identify and target potential clients, including travel agencies, religious organizations, and individuals interested in undertaking the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our Hajj and Umrah packages, including pricing, itinerary, accommodation, and transportation options.
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable package based on their requirements and budget.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of the Hajj and Umrah tours, including visa processing, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our services and generate leads.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of Hajj and Umrah procedures and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Result-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics for effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Fluency in English and additional language skills are desirable.

Work Time: The standard work hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. However, flexibility in working hours may be required based on business needs.
