Financial Analyst

For this challenging and broad based task we are looking for a dynamic person used to work independently. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, self-motivated banker used to achieve targets. The position will be based in the KFW Office in Dhaka.

Core Tasks of the Analyst are:

  • In depth analysis of target industries
  • Identification and approaching of suitable companies and finance projects
  • Analysis of companies, and business plans and finance proposals
  • Structuring of DEG financial instruments
  • Support to DEG due diligence teams and portfolio management;
  • Setting up Corporate Ratings;
  • Monitoring of contractual agreements and financial covenants;

The successful candidate has the minimum following qualification:

  • MBA or Masters in Finance/Economics from a leading local or foreign business school/university
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Bangla
  • Inter personal and presentation skills, good analytical skills and pleasant personality.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial sector with exposure in corporate and project financing
  • Willingness to travel nationally on a regular basis and internationally on occasion
