Wonder Group established since 1994 is a leading contract manufacturer of Home care, Personal care and Pharmaceutical products. We are Rs. 630 Crores group having 10 manufacturing sites located across India, with total strength of 2000+ employees and working with 35+ clients. Wonder Group Head Office is in New Delhi. Its production is concentrated in Himachal Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Assam and Uttar Pradesh. We are expanding all over India and have upcoming projects in Western and Southern part of India. We are also expanding outside India and working on the projects in Bangladesh and Indonesia.

Being a 100% third party manufacture, we work with most of the FMCG global companies and all big Local companies. We produce Personal Care, Home Care and Pharma products as a contract manufacturer for our customers. The company develops, manufactures, fills and pack different variety of products including creams and lotions, fragrances, bath and hair products. The firm offers clients additional services such as Research and Development, sourcing and logistics.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a construction project for FMCG factory construction. You will organize and oversee construction and ensure it is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered with good quality, on time without any safety incidents keeping budget in control.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, factory experts to determine the specification for the factory project
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
• Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
• Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

Educational Requirements:

• Education: BE Civil/Mechanical
• Extensive experiencing managing budgets for construction projects MP or equivalent certification will be an advantage

Experience Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a plant manager
• Proven experience as construction project manager pharmaceutical/ personal care/ Cosmetics factory construction
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with construction/ project management software
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities
• Experience: Min 5 Years
