A Senior Position in Sales Team

Job location: Dhaka
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to inspire and guide our talented sales team. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching team members, and ensuring achievement of targets.
Responsibilities included yet not limited to are:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals.
- Set clear sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Educational:
- Post Graduate; MBA in Sales Management.
Essentials:
- A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in team leadership or supervisory role field in similar organization.
- Good exposure to garments and accessories industries.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skill
- Proven ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
