Position Title: Asst. Manager – Sales

Positions available: 04

Job location:  Chattogram, Dhaka & Gazipur

Position responsibilities include yet not limited to are:

  • Visits customers offices regular basis to maintain and develop good relationship with customers and to obtain orders to fulfil product wise sales quota.
  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its customers.
  • Achieving monthly and annual Sales quotas by successfully implementing sales & marketing strategies.
  • Handling customers questions, inquiries and complaints.
  • Identifying new customers & orders on a continuous basis by scouting the market.  

The successful candidate will also have:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem- solving, presentation & organizational skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
  • Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.
  • Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.
  • Last but not the least; the candidate should have work experience in facing the customers.

Educational:

  • Graduation/Post Graduate; MBA major in Marketing.

Essentials:

  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience in similar organization as sales officer.
  • Good operating knowledge in computer applications.
  • Should be able to join immediately.

Behavioral:

  • Strong team player with proactive interpersonal skills.
  • Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.
  • Result-oriented and a strong desire of success. 

Salary:  Negotiable.
