Position: Executive/Senior Executive, Corporate Sales

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make sales plan as per given sales target to cover banking sector, corporate house, financial institution and insurance company, target need to be achieved focusing on corporate business.
  • Use analytical, creative and interpersonal skills to build relationships with relevant stakeholders and external partners.
  • Support and enable the development of an organizational culture where sales staff feel valued, supported, involved, engaged and empowered.
  • Focus on achieving business targets through existing business and develop new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate with different parties, give solution on distribution issues.
  • Conduct field force efficiency analysis.
  • Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of a product to influence purchase.
  • Ensure timely collection of dues as company guidelines.
  • Provide after sales service to the existing customers and also need to organize promotional initiatives for attracting the customers.
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance.
  • Maintain a very good atmosphere and coordination with different Departments.
  • Any other job assigns by the supervisor or line management time to time.

Educational Requirements:

  • Post Graduate / Graduate in Marketing from UGC approve institute.
  • MBA major in Marketing is preferable.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 03 years proven work experience as Executive, Corporate Sales.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales (Covering banking sector, corporate house, financial institution, Pharmaceuticals and insurance company).
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age limit maximum 30 years.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office.
  • Highly experienced candidates who have worked in banking sectors, financial institutions, corporate house & Insurance company will get preference.
  • Motor Bike user will get preference.
  • Good inter-personal skills and basic arithmetic skill.
  • Able to work under pressure and 100% aligned with company rules & regulations.
