Position: Assistant Manager, Production

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure sustainable Density, Moisture, and Appearance of honey when receiving from supplier.
- Plan, monitor, control, and upgrade production & Maintenance as per company requirement.
- Ensure breakdown, preventive, schedule maintenance and overhauling for all machineries.
- Cooperate with the Operation, Finance, Brand and Sales departments preparing budget, product pricing, product costing.
- Monitor buying plan, blend forecast and production plan for honey packing unit.
- Monitor inventory management, raw materials, packing and final goods.
- Monitor production & delivery performance through planning.
- Ensure & maintain the quality of packing materials & finished goods.
- Prepare & control the annual production budget every year.
- Ensure sustainable Density, Moisture, and Appearance of honey, when before production.
- Ensure optimum production plan in line with sales and stock cover in line with capacity utilization.
- Ensure import work for Commercial, Logistic & Procurement.
- Arrange erection & commissioning for new machineries.
- Monitor Suppliers Performance and buyer requirements.
- Maintain all site safety records, including training, HSE training, site inspections, Accident report and cooperating with the investigation team.
- Monitor GMP, GHP, and PPE, Logbook for all Machine, Factory Hygiene, Food Safety, Health Safety, Electrical Safety, Mechanical Safety and Fire Safety.
- Arrange training on product knowledge for all types of employees.
- Manage all aspects of the SOP document control and approval system and processes improvements.
- Any other job assigns by the supervisor or line management time to time.
Educational Requirements:
- B.Sc in food technology/ functional food/ food science / nutrition / chemistry from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 03 years proven working experience as Assistant Manager, Production.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Operation.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies.
Additional Requirements:
- Age limit maximum 35 years.
- Highly experienced candidates will be given to preference.
- Good inter-personal skills and Basic arithmetic skill.
- Proficiency in MS-Office.
- Able to work under pressure and 100% aligned with company rules & regulations.
